Minute#
Description:
Returns the minute part of a given date.
Function:
Minute(table = string, col = string, new_col = string)
Parameters:
Table: Table name on which to perform the function
Date Column: Column containing the date to extract the minute from
New Column Name: Name for the new column that will store the minute value
Example:
Minute(table = Budget, col = "Date", new_col = "Minute")
